You can try the programme with a simple 7-day refund window if it isn’t right for you.
If you decide the Couch to Recovery™ programme is not suitable for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Refund requests must be submitted within this 7-day period by contacting us using the details below.
This refund window applies only to the initial subscription payment.
Access to the Couch to Recovery™ programme begins immediately after subscribing. The programme is delivered digitally through the Couch to Recovery app and associated online materials.
Because access to digital content is provided immediately, refunds outside the 7-day satisfaction window are generally not available once access has been granted, except in the limited circumstances described below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period once the 7-day satisfaction window has passed.

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Couch to Recovery™ and in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Refund requests may be declined where there is evidence of repeated refund claims, excessive programme use within the refund period, or other activity reasonably indicating misuse of the refund policy.
Under UK consumer protection regulations, digital purchases may normally include a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by subscribing and accessing the Couch to Recovery™ programme immediately, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins straight away and that this cooling-off right may be waived once the service has started.
The 7-day satisfaction window described above is provided to give subscribers a fair opportunity to try the programme.
